（1）對于金屬異性緊固件材質(zhì)的分選（混料篩選），不需要接觸，也無需耦合介質(zhì)，所以檢測速度高，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化檢測，特別適合量產(chǎn)全檢。

（2）對于工件材料的探測靈敏度很高，且在一定范圍內(nèi)具有良好的現(xiàn)行指示，可對材料異常（碳含量、硬度、材質(zhì)、鋼號等）進(jìn)行精確控制篩選，所以可以用作質(zhì)量管理與控制。

（3）影響渦流的因素很多，如裂紋、材質(zhì)、尺寸、形狀及電導(dǎo)率和磁導(dǎo)率等。采用特定的電路進(jìn)行處理，可篩選某一因素而抑制其他因素，由此有可能對上述某一單獨(dú)影響因素進(jìn)行有效的檢測。

（4）由于檢查時不需接觸工件又不用耦合介質(zhì)，所以可在高溫下檢測。由于探頭可抻入到遠(yuǎn)處作業(yè)，所以可對工件的狹窄區(qū)域及深孔壁（包括管壁）等進(jìn)行檢測。

（5）由于是采用電信號顯示，所以可存儲、再現(xiàn)及進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)比較和處理。

 

廣泛應(yīng)用于各類異性結(jié)構(gòu)緊固件混料分選，如淬火不合格、碳含量異常、鋼種混料和硬度異常等均具有較高的檢測靈敏度。

渦流探傷儀具有1KHZ——100KHZ測試頻率范圍，能夠在儀器內(nèi)建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測數(shù)據(jù)庫，方便用戶在更換不同規(guī)格的材料時調(diào)用。

可配接筆式探頭、穿過式探頭和內(nèi)穿外穿等探頭（根據(jù)用戶的檢測要求而定），儀器可選配在線測速系統(tǒng)、磁飽和器以及噴墨裝置、探頭架等。
