按理化性質(zhì)和生物學(xué)功能,可將其分為IgM、IgG、IgA、IgE、IgD五類。IgM抗體是免疫應(yīng)答中首先分泌的抗體。它們在與抗原結(jié)合后啟動補體的級聯(lián)反應(yīng)。它們還把入侵者相互連接起來,聚成一堆便于巨噬細胞的吞噬;IgG抗體激活補體,中和多種毒素。IgG持續(xù)的時間長,是唯一能在母親妊娠期穿過胎盤保護胎兒的抗體。他們還從乳腺分泌進入初乳,使新生兒得到保護;IgA抗體進入身體的黏膜表面,包括呼吸、消化、生殖等管道的黏膜,中和感染因子。還可以通過母乳的初乳把這種抗體輸送到新生兒的消化道黏膜中,是在母乳中含量最多,最為重要的一類抗體;IgE抗體的尾部與嗜堿細胞、肥大細胞的細胞膜結(jié)合。當抗體與抗原結(jié)合后,嗜堿細胞與肥大細胞釋放組織胺一類物質(zhì)促進炎癥的發(fā)展。這也是引發(fā)速發(fā)型過敏反應(yīng)的抗體;IgD抗體的作用還不太清楚。它們主要出現(xiàn)在成熟的B淋巴細胞表面上,可能與B細胞的分化有關(guān)。(IgD于1995年從人骨髓瘤蛋白中發(fā)現(xiàn),分子量為175kD,主要由扁桃體、脾等處漿細胞產(chǎn)生,人血清中IgD濃度為3~40μg/ml,不到血清總Ig的1%,在個體發(fā)育中合成較晚。IgD鉸鏈區(qū)很長,且對蛋白酶水解敏感,因此IgD半衰期很短,僅2.8天。血清中IgD確切的免疫功能尚不清楚。在B細胞分化到成熟B細胞階段,除了表達SmIgD,抗原刺激后表現(xiàn)為免疫耐受。成熟B細胞活化后或者活化后或者變成記憶B細胞時,SmIgD逐漸消失。

抗體是具有4條多肽鏈的對稱結(jié)構(gòu),其中2條較長、相對分子量較大的相同的重鏈(H鏈);2條較短、相對分子量較小的相同的輕鏈(L鏈)。鏈間由二硫鍵和非共價鍵聯(lián)結(jié)形成一個由4條多肽鏈構(gòu)成的單體分子。輕鏈有κ和λ兩種,重鏈有μ、δ、γ、ε和α五種。 整個抗體分子可分為恒定區(qū)和可變區(qū)兩部分。在給定的物種中,不同抗體分子的恒定區(qū)都具有相同的或幾乎相同的氨基酸序列。可變區(qū)位于"Y"的兩臂末端。在可變區(qū)內(nèi)有一小部分氨基酸殘基變化特別強烈,這些氨基酸的殘基組成和排列順序更易發(fā)生變異區(qū)域稱高變區(qū)。高變區(qū)位于分子表面,最多由17個氨基酸殘基構(gòu)成,少則只有2 ~ 3個。高變區(qū)氨基酸序列決定了該抗體結(jié)合抗原抗原的特異性。一個抗體分子上的兩個抗原結(jié)合部位是相同的,位于兩臂末端稱抗原結(jié)合片段(antigen-binding fragment, Fab)。"Y"的柄部稱結(jié)晶片段(crystalline fragment,FC),糖結(jié)合在FC 上。

正如前面所講,無論是在DCS還是在FCS系統(tǒng)中,組態(tài)軟件都是不可缺少的。計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得設(shè)計更加完善的控制系統(tǒng),獲得更方便可靠快速的控制成為可能。工程技術(shù)人員對傳統(tǒng)的儀表控制方式很熟悉,但往往缺乏專業(yè)的計算機知識,而專業(yè)的計算機技術(shù)人員又缺乏實際的控制經(jīng)驗。這樣在計算機與控制之間就存在著一個巨大的障礙,而組態(tài)軟件則成為逾越這一障礙的橋梁。組態(tài)軟件可以提供一個良好的界面,使控制技術(shù)人員用簡單的方法隨心所欲的組成自己的控制系統(tǒng)。
