基于聚氯乙烯制成的塑料制品在測定的溫度下分解釋放出氣態(tài)HCl。按照DIN 53381 part 1或ISO 182 Part 3測定PVC的熱穩(wěn)定性時，塑料制品釋放的HCl被流動的氮氣轉(zhuǎn)移到裝有去離子水的測量池中，引起測量池中溶液電導(dǎo)率的變化。    PVC材料的熱穩(wěn)定性通過測定產(chǎn)生HCl的時間來定義的。一般可定義，當(dāng)測量池的電導(dǎo)率的變化值達(dá)到50 μs/cm時所需要的時間稱為穩(wěn)定時間。這個方法可以用于整個加工階段的PVC熱穩(wěn)定性的測定，也可以用來測定其穩(wěn)定劑的性能。

2、測試結(jié)束后，結(jié)果誘導(dǎo)反應(yīng)時間連同測試過程曲線會一并存入數(shù)據(jù)庫中，以備查詢；3、除測量誘導(dǎo)反應(yīng)時間外，軟件還允許評估所謂穩(wěn)定時間，即電導(dǎo)率達(dá)到某數(shù)值所需要的時間；4、軟件還可重新評估每個測試曲線。通過設(shè)定評估時間范圍，選取曲線的某一段進行評估，從而可以避開某些因清洗、試樣或其他原因?qū)е碌臄?shù)據(jù)異常段；5、數(shù)據(jù)庫可保存所有與測試相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)，包括電導(dǎo)率曲線、誘導(dǎo)反應(yīng)時間、所用方法、測試起止時間等；6、可通過設(shè)定查詢條件，查詢試驗數(shù)據(jù)；
