二、1.開啟電源開關(guān)；　

2.按”UNIT”鍵選中需要的測量單位；　

3.按“MODE”鍵,使測量模式在“TRACK”狀態(tài)；　

4.按“RESET” 鍵清零，使顯示數(shù)值為零；　

5.按”BZ”鍵及其組合鍵設(shè)置上限報警值；　

6.選擇與被測扭力扳手相匹配的附件，放置于測力傳感頭上；　

7.將被測扭力扳手放置在工位（測力傳感頭和測試平臺之間）上，可調(diào)整高度調(diào)節(jié)鈕使扭力扳手保持在水平狀態(tài)，調(diào)整左右調(diào)節(jié)鈕以適應(yīng)扭力扳手的臂長和測量方向；　

8.按“MODE“鍵使測量模式置于“PEAK” 狀態(tài)或“TRACK”狀態(tài)，如在“PEAK”狀態(tài),可記錄峰值數(shù)據(jù)（最大值數(shù)據(jù)）,按“RESET”復(fù)位鍵可清除最大值數(shù)據(jù)，顯示回零；

12.逆向旋動手輪,卸下被測扭力扳手;如要繼續(xù)測試，重復(fù)以上步驟，一般建議測量幾次，取平均值；　

13.如測試結(jié)束，可取下測試附件，關(guān)掉電源，妥善保管好儀器；

■HB系列扭力測試儀是用于校準(zhǔn)、檢定、調(diào)試扭矩扳手力矩性的一款高精密儀器，適用于"1/4"、"3/8"、"1/2"等多種規(guī)格的扭力扳手的扭力校準(zhǔn)，產(chǎn)品操作簡單、測試精確等優(yōu)點，是科研部門、工廠實驗室必備的檢測設(shè)備。

3、用戶在正常使用中出現(xiàn)性能故障時，在接到儀器故障通知后，2小時做反應(yīng)，并給予解決，如未能解決，會在72小時到達現(xiàn)場解決問題至設(shè)備正常使用為止。

4、在保修期內(nèi)，以下情況將實行有償維修服務(wù)，

（1）由于人為或不可抗拒的自然現(xiàn)象而發(fā)生的損害

（2）由于操作不當(dāng)而造成的故障或損壞

（3）由于對產(chǎn)品不正確的安裝，經(jīng)他人維修而損壞

5、超過質(zhì)保期的產(chǎn)品進行保養(yǎng)和維修應(yīng)由用戶承擔(dān)維修、易損晚耗零件及往返運輸費用的成本費。

儀器到貨后，用戶方應(yīng)對所到貨物的外包裝進行檢查。若發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞及損壞到何程度，應(yīng)立即以電話或書面形式通知我公司。在進行安裝調(diào)試前用戶應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。

完善溝通協(xié)調(diào)機制：通過加溝通交流，提高信息傳遞的及時性，準(zhǔn)確性，深入市場，傾聽用戶心聲了解客戶愿望
