PC DMIS Basic

PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is the universal metrology software, which can solve complex measuring tasks. This software is mainly intended for workshop basic-level inspection operators, enabling them to master the software applications in the shortest possible time.

查;3. 三坐標測量機的導軌加工精度很高,與空氣軸承的間隙很小,如果導軌上面有灰塵或其它雜質(zhì),就容易
造成氣浮軸承和導軌劃傷。所以每次開機前應清潔機器的導軌,金屬導軌用航空汽油擦拭(120或180號汽油),
花崗巖導軌用無水乙醇擦拭。4. 切記在保養(yǎng)過程中不能給任何導軌上任何性質(zhì)的油脂;5. 定期給光桿、絲桿、齒條上少量防銹油;6. 在長時間沒有使用三坐標測量機時,在開機前應做好準備工作:控制室內(nèi)的溫度和濕度(24小時以上),
在南方濕潤的環(huán)境中還應該定期把電控柜打開,使電路板也得到充分的干燥,避免電控系統(tǒng)由于受潮后突然加電
后損壞。然后檢查氣源、電源是否正常;7. 開機前檢查電源,如有條件應配置穩(wěn)壓電源,定期檢查接地,接地電阻小于4歐姆。
二. 工作過程中:1. 被測零件在放到工作臺上檢測之前,應先清洗去毛刺,防止在加工完成后零件表面殘留的冷卻液及加工
殘留物影響測量機的測量精度及測尖使用壽命;2. 被測零件在測量之前應在室內(nèi)恒溫,如果溫度相差過大就會影響測量精度;3. 大型及重型零件在放置到工作臺上的過程中應輕放,以避免造成劇烈碰撞,致使工作臺或零件損傷。必
要時可以在工作臺上放置一塊厚橡膠以防止碰撞;4. 小型及輕型零件放到工作臺后,應緊固后再進行測量,否則會影響測量精度;5. 在工作過程中,測座在轉(zhuǎn)動時(特別是帶有加長桿的情況下)一定要遠離零件,以避免碰撞;6. 在工作過程中如果發(fā)生異常響聲或突然應急,切勿自行拆卸及維修,請及時與我公司聯(lián)系,本公司會安
