(一)薄膜過(guò)濾器特點(diǎn): ①省去抽濾瓶、重量輕、體積小,適宜于凈化臺(tái)內(nèi)操作。 ②濾器呈半透明狀,便于觀(guān)察,定量控制。 ③濾器備有底座,可配套更換,適合于常規(guī)試驗(yàn)。 ④每個(gè)濾器設(shè)有閥門(mén),可單獨(dú)使用。 ⑤耐壓、耐溫,可在121℃30分鐘熱壓消毒。 (二)薄膜過(guò)濾器規(guī)格: ①濾器內(nèi)徑50mm ②有效容積:100ml ③重量:60g(單只) ④材質(zhì)為聚碳酸酯,密度圈為硅橡膠 ⑤備有四頭不銹鋼底座 (三)注意事項(xiàng): ①使用,必須對(duì)過(guò)濾器進(jìn)行潔凈處理,所選濾膜應(yīng)浸泡過(guò)夜。 ②消毒時(shí)將濕態(tài)膜貼在支撐板上,蓋上密封墊圈,將貯液杯和支座螺紋稍旋緊,待消毒后在旋緊,以紗布包裹進(jìn)行熱壓消毒,以免微孔濾膜破裂。 ③器蓋上有孔,可套針頭過(guò)濾器用以過(guò)濾外界空氣,以免污染。 ④本品不耐酸、堿及其他化學(xué)品。 (四)薄膜過(guò)濾器適用范圍: ①醫(yī)藥工業(yè)藥品檢驗(yàn):注射用抗生素及其他可溶性藥品的無(wú)菌檢查。 ②引水、飲料及食品的菌落檢查。 ③醫(yī)院的醫(yī)學(xué)臨床檢驗(yàn):體液的細(xì)菌及微生物測(cè)定。 ④科研、教學(xué)域的除菌過(guò)濾或檢查細(xì)菌用。

It isrecommended that all samples, standards, and controls be assayed in duplicate.All the reagents should be added directly to the liquid level in the well. Thepipette should avoid contacting the inner wall of the well.1. Add 100μl of Standard, Blank, or Sample per well. Cover withthe adhesive strip. Incubate for 2 hours at 37°C.2.
