YB-160是指表盤(pán)為160MM的精密壓力表,其接口連接方式也是M20,同YB-150一樣屬于精密壓力表范疇。
對(duì)YB-160D也就是0.16級(jí)精密壓力表是精度等級(jí)的彈簧管壓力表,這是在80年代比較的精密壓力表,但隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,數(shù)字壓力表已經(jīng)開(kāi)始代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)指針壓力表,在0.16級(jí)這個(gè)等級(jí)上彈簧表壓力表的價(jià)格已經(jīng)超過(guò)了數(shù)字壓力表。所以建議廣大計(jì)量工作者在選用的時(shí)選用數(shù)字壓力表。

產(chǎn)品描述: GelRed 是一種高靈敏、低毒性和超安全的熒光核酸凝膠染色試劑。它可替代溴化乙錠(EB),并且遠(yuǎn)高于EB的靈敏度,同時(shí)不需要脫色。由于GelRed和EB有相同的光譜特性,因此用它替代EB時(shí)不需要更換成像系統(tǒng)。 GelRed既可用于預(yù)制凝膠也可用于電泳后染色。通常電泳后染色的靈敏度更高,并能排除染料對(duì)DNA遷移的干擾 。使用 GelRed進(jìn)行電泳后染色,操作簡(jiǎn)單,不需要脫色和特殊溶液。只要將染料稀釋在 0.1M NaCl 中,并將凝膠置于染色液中, 30 分鐘后就可以觀察。染色液在室溫下極為穩(wěn)定,可以多次反復(fù)使用。相比而言,預(yù)制凝膠由于不需要額外染色過(guò)程,因此染料用量更少,更為簡(jiǎn)單經(jīng)濟(jì)。 其水溶染色劑通過(guò)美國(guó)環(huán)保局安全認(rèn)定,廢棄物可直接倒入下水道,而不會(huì)造成任何環(huán)境污染。 重要提示: 1、無(wú) 毒 性:GelRed獨(dú)特的油性和大分子量特點(diǎn)使其不能穿透細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞內(nèi),艾姆斯氏試驗(yàn)結(jié)果也表明,該染料的誘變性遠(yuǎn)小于EB。其水溶染色劑通過(guò)美國(guó)環(huán)保局安全認(rèn)定,廢棄物可直接倒入下水道,而不會(huì)造成任何環(huán)境污染。 2、靈敏度高:適用于各種大小片段的電泳染色,對(duì)核酸遷移的影響小于SYBR Green I。 3、穩(wěn)定性高: 可以使用微波爐加熱,可以在室溫下保存。 4、信噪比高:樣品熒光信號(hào)強(qiáng),背景信號(hào)低。 5、操作簡(jiǎn)單:與 EB 一樣,在預(yù)制膠和電泳過(guò)程中不必?fù)?dān)心染料降解;而電泳后染色過(guò)程也只需30 分鐘且無(wú)需脫色或沖洗 ,即可直接用紫外凝膠透射儀觀察。 6、適用范圍廣:適用于預(yù)制凝膠(膠染法)和凝膠電泳后染色(泡染法)。 7、與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)凝膠成像系統(tǒng)完美兼容 :使用 312nm 激發(fā)的 UV 凝膠成像系統(tǒng)時(shí), GelRed 可以完美的替代 EB。
