◆ 安裝調(diào)試1、安裝前必須仔細閱讀本說明書,切斷有關(guān)電源并必須由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進行安裝。2、水流方向必須同閥體上的箭頭方向相同。3、閥體須位于盤管接水盤上方,以保證出現(xiàn)滴水時落入接水盤中。4、閥體及驅(qū)動器必須安裝于垂直方向±60℃范圍內(nèi),其上方應(yīng)至少有30mm空間用于拆裝。與周圍管道、設(shè)備、建筑物必須保持足夠的維修操作空間,同時必須安裝在維修人員通過檢修孔能觸及到的地方。5、兩只及其兩只以上的電動閥不能并聯(lián),如果確需并聯(lián)要用繼電器進行隔離6、閥體安裝完畢并與管路通過試壓后才安裝驅(qū)動器。7、若驅(qū)動器已經(jīng)裝到閥體上,那么在安裝調(diào)試過程中絕對不能對驅(qū)動器施力,否則會損壞驅(qū)動器。8、驅(qū)動器不能用保溫材料包裹,否則影響其散熱。9、驅(qū)動器必須通過不小于1.5mm2的導線進行可靠接地,其它線路應(yīng)符合電工有關(guān)標準。10、安裝完畢并檢查正確無誤后,通電調(diào)試,至少應(yīng)觀察驅(qū)動動器的三個完整運行周期,確定所有部件正確為止。11、經(jīng)過無水調(diào)試合格后,再進行通水測試。系統(tǒng)上下水的壓差必須嚴格控制在0.15MPa以內(nèi),以保證電動閥對水流開關(guān)的有效性◆ 維修和保養(yǎng)1、重要警告:安裝、維修和保養(yǎng)之前必須先將電源切斷,以避免造成設(shè)備、人身傷害。2、若閥門在泄漏應(yīng)立即將其從系統(tǒng)中隔離,并更換整個閥體總成。3、若驅(qū)動器不工作,應(yīng)更換驅(qū)動器總成,若驅(qū)動器在工作但走不到位,應(yīng)清潔驅(qū)動器內(nèi)扇型齒輪齒面,然后上潤滑油。◆注意事項 驅(qū)動器內(nèi)減速機為大速比精密小模數(shù)齒輪結(jié)構(gòu),用手動操作桿打開閥門時,用力要輕柔,讓閥桿慢慢下去,用力過猛會損壞減速機。
開關(guān)狀態(tài)模擬指示儀根據(jù)當前中壓系統(tǒng)開關(guān)柜技術(shù)發(fā)展而開發(fā)設(shè)計的一種新型的多功能、智能化模擬動態(tài)指示裝置。它集一次回路模擬圖、開關(guān)狀態(tài)、斷路器位置、接地閘刀位置、彈簧儲能狀態(tài)、高壓帶電指示、高壓帶電閉鎖以及自動(手動)加熱除濕控制、加熱器斷線指示等多功能于一體,這些指示功能可分可合,用戶可根據(jù)需要選擇。只要指定不同的訂貨型號并提供一次方案圖即可。該產(chǎn)品以一體化布局配套裝備于開關(guān)柜,將簡化開關(guān)柜的面板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,美化開關(guān)柜的面板布局,完善開關(guān)狀態(tài)的指示功能和安全性能。
