REXROTH力士樂柱塞泵力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。
