1.2主要用途
   系列電磁流量計,可用來測量封閉管道中導(dǎo)電流體的體積流量。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油化工、鋼鐵冶金、給水排水、水利灌溉、水處理、環(huán)保污水測控、造紙、醫(yī)藥、食品等工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝過程中的流量測量和控制。

二、工作原理
2.1數(shù)學(xué)物理模型
電磁流量計的工作原理基于法拉第電磁感應(yīng)法律。當一個導(dǎo)體在磁場場內(nèi)運動時,在與磁場方向、運動方向相互垂直方向的導(dǎo)體兩端,會產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電動勢。電動勢的大小與導(dǎo)體運動速度和磁場的磁感應(yīng)強度大小成正比。
如圖一,當導(dǎo)電流體以平均流速V(m/s)通過裝有一對測量電極的一根內(nèi)徑為D(m)的絕緣導(dǎo)管內(nèi)流動時,該管道處于一個均勻的磁感應(yīng)強度為B(T)的磁場中,那么在一對電極上就會產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電動勢E(V),它的方向垂直于磁場和流體的方向。
法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律為:E=B·D·V                  (1)
流量的體積流量為:              (2)
     由公式(1)和(2)可得到: m3/h)         (3)
     因此電動勢可表示為:                  (4)
B是一個常數(shù)時,對某一個固定的口徑D也是一個已知數(shù),公式(3)中 =K(一個常數(shù)),那么公式(3)可改寫為:     QV=K·E (m3/h)     (5)

2.2轉(zhuǎn)換器電路結(jié)構(gòu)
電磁流量轉(zhuǎn)換器一方面向電磁流量傳感器勵磁線圈提供穩(wěn)定的勵磁電流,以達到B是一個常數(shù),同時把傳感器感應(yīng)的電動勢放大\\轉(zhuǎn)換成標準的電流信號或頻率信號,便于流量的顯示,控制與調(diào)節(jié).圖二所示為轉(zhuǎn)換器電路結(jié)構(gòu)。

智能電磁流量計性能特點:  
      ◆測量精度不受流體密度、粘度、溫度、壓力和電導(dǎo)率變化的影響,傳感器感應(yīng)電壓信號與平均流速呈線性關(guān)系,因此測量精度高。

智能電磁流量計測量原理:
       SY-LDE型智能電磁流量計的測量原理是基于法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律:導(dǎo)電液體在磁場中作切割磁力線運動時,導(dǎo)體中產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電勢,其感應(yīng)電勢E為:

                                                               V----測量管道截面內(nèi)的平均流速
                                                               D----測量管道截面的內(nèi)徑
     測量流量時,導(dǎo)電性液體以速度V流過垂直于流動方向的磁場,導(dǎo)電性液體的流動感應(yīng)出一個與平均流速成正比的電壓,其感應(yīng)電壓信號通過二個或二個以上與液體直接接觸的電極撿出,并通過電纜送至轉(zhuǎn)換器通過智能化處理,然后LCD顯示或轉(zhuǎn)換成標準信號4~20ma和0-1khz輸出。
 
如何正確選型:
     儀表的選型是儀表應(yīng)用中非常重要的工作,有關(guān)資料表明,儀表在實際應(yīng)用中有2/3的故障是儀表的錯誤選型或錯誤的安裝而造成的,請?zhí)貏e注意。

◆實際工作壓力必須小于流量計的額定工作壓力。
◆工作溫度和溫度必須符合流量計規(guī)定的溫度要求。
◆確定是否有負壓情況存在。
   您可以根據(jù)上表中的流量選擇相應(yīng)的電磁流量計,若所選擇的電磁流量計的內(nèi)徑與現(xiàn)在工藝管道的內(nèi)徑不符,應(yīng)進行縮管或擴管。
◆若管道進行縮管,應(yīng)考慮由于縮管引起的壓力損失是否會影響工藝流程。
◆從產(chǎn)品價格考慮,可以選擇較小口徑的電磁流量計,相對減少投資。
◆測潔凈水時,經(jīng)濟流速時1.5-3m/s,測易結(jié)晶的溶液時,應(yīng)適當?shù)靥岣吡魉伲?-4m/s為宜,起到自清掃,防止粘附沉積等作用;測礦漿等磨◆耗性流體時,應(yīng)適當降低流速,1.0-2m/s為宜,以降低對內(nèi)襯和電極地磨損。實際應(yīng)用很少超過7m/s,超過10m/s則更為罕見。

1、適用流量范圍的確定

如果用戶已做好管道,可根據(jù)表選擇相適用的流量及傳感器口徑.

如果用戶沒有做好管道,首先要根據(jù)流量范圍確定傳感器口徑,再考慮是安裝有截止閥型還有安裝無截止閥型的傳感器.  

2、探頭及插入桿形式

探頭形式是根據(jù)介質(zhì)懸浮物情況確定的,一般懸浮物多不易經(jīng)常拆裝的選敞開式,否則選導(dǎo)管式.插入桿形式是對安裝的要求.一般螺桿式比較易于安裝.

3、壓力及使用情況

實際工作壓力必須小于流量計的額定工作壓力。工作溫度和溫度必須符合流量計規(guī)定的溫度要求。確定是否有負壓情況存在。您可以根據(jù)上表中的流量選擇相應(yīng)的電磁流量計,若所選擇的電磁流量計的內(nèi)徑與現(xiàn)在工藝管道的內(nèi)徑不符,應(yīng)進行縮管或擴管。若管道進行縮管,應(yīng)考慮由于縮管引起的壓力損失是否會影響工藝流程。從產(chǎn)品價格考慮,可以選擇較小口徑的電磁流量計,相對減少投資。測潔凈水時,經(jīng)濟流速時1.5-3m/s,測易結(jié)晶的溶液時,應(yīng)適當?shù)靥岣吡魉伲?-4m/s為宜,起到自清掃,防止粘附沉積等作用;測礦漿等磨◆耗性流體時,應(yīng)適當降低流速,1.0-2m/s為宜,以降低對內(nèi)襯和電極地磨損。實際應(yīng)用很少超過7m/s,超過10m/s則更為罕見。

如何正確選擇安裝節(jié)點:
  正確地選擇安裝點和正確安裝流量計都是非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),若在安裝環(huán)節(jié)失誤,輕者影響測量精度,重者會影響流量計的使用壽命,甚至?xí)䲟p壞流量計。
 
選擇安裝位置時需特別注意:
·非測量電極的軸線必須近似于水平方向;
 
·測量管道內(nèi)必須充滿液體;
 
·流量計前方最少要有5* D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度的直管段,后方最少要有3* D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度的直管段;· 流體的流動方向和流量計的箭頭方向一致;·管道內(nèi)要有真空會損壞流量計的內(nèi)襯,需特別注意;·在流量計附近應(yīng)無強電磁場;·在流量計附近應(yīng)有充裕的空間,以便安裝和維護;·若測量管道有振動,在流量計的兩邊應(yīng)有固定的支座測量不同介質(zhì)的混合液體時混合點與流量計之間的距離最少要有30×D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度為方便今后流量計的清洗和維護,應(yīng)安裝旁通管道;
