Five, the principle of
Horizontal or vertical clamp one end of the specimen, a gas flame provisions on the sample free end, the combustion speed by measuring the linear (horizontal) or with flame and flameless combustion time (vertical) combustion performance to evaluate the sample.

一、適用范圍:
在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi),對水平和垂直方向放置的試樣用小火焰點(diǎn)火燃后的燃燒性能的試驗(yàn)方法

三、水平垂直燃燒測定儀的特點(diǎn):
是外形美觀、大方、傳動平穩(wěn)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、調(diào)整范圍大,施加火焰時間采用自動控制,并沒有電子打火裝置,操作方便。所得結(jié)果可靠,為研 究阻燃材料提供依據(jù),以及將各種材料相互對比和分級。
四、水平垂直燃燒測定儀定義:
1、垂直燃燒法:可測定材料在接觸引燃源時的燃燒性能,包括熄滅時間,火焰蔓延的范圍及時間,以及由于該材料的燃燒行為是否引起 其它物質(zhì)的燃燒方法,對材料進(jìn)行對比及耐燃分級。
2、水平燃燒法:適用于常溫時,一端固定后能水平支撐,另一端下垂不大10mm的塑料試樣或其它自支撐材料的質(zhì)量控制試驗(yàn)和燃燒性的分類試驗(yàn)。是控制材料耐燃質(zhì)量和評價(jià)產(chǎn)品的有力手段。
3、紡織織物─阻燃性能測定─垂直法:規(guī)定了一種測定各種阻燃處理織物阻燃性能的試驗(yàn)方法,可用以測定織物阻止燃燒及炭化的傾向。用于有阻燃要求的服裝織物、裝飾織物、帳蓬織物等阻燃發(fā)生性能的測定。
4、有焰燃燒
在規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)條件下,移開點(diǎn)火源后,材料火焰持續(xù)的燃燒。
5、有焰燃燒時間
在規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)條件下,移開點(diǎn)火源后,材料持續(xù)有焰燃燒的時間。
6、無焰燃燒
在規(guī)格的試驗(yàn)條件下,移開點(diǎn)火源后,當(dāng)有焰燃燒終止或無火焰產(chǎn)生時材料保持輝光的燃燒。
7、無焰燃燒時間
在規(guī)格的試驗(yàn)條件下,當(dāng)有焰燃燒終止或移開點(diǎn)火源后,材料持續(xù)無焰燃燒的時間。
五、水平垂直燃燒測定儀原理
水平或垂直地夾住試樣一端,對試樣自由端施加規(guī)定的氣體火焰,通過測量線性燃燒速度(水平法)或有焰燃燒及無焰燃燒時間(垂直法)等來評價(jià)試樣的燃燒性能。
六、水平垂直燃燒測定儀技術(shù)指標(biāo):
1、試樣尺寸:
試樣尺寸長(125±5)mm,寬(13.0±0.3)mm,厚(3.0±0.2)mm
經(jīng)有關(guān)各方協(xié)商,也可采用其他厚度,但最大厚度不應(yīng)超過13mm,并應(yīng)在試驗(yàn)報(bào)告中注明。
注:厚度、密度、各向異性材料的方向、顏料、填料及阻燃劑種類和含量不同一的試樣,其試驗(yàn)結(jié)果不能相互比較。
2、環(huán)境溫度(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求):(23±2)℃ 相對濕度:(50±5)%

4、氣源:工業(yè)級甲烷氣或其他燃料氣體(如家用液化石油氣,天然氣,煤氣等)

8、最好使用醫(yī)用脫脂棉;
