隨著工業(yè)化和城市化的飛速發(fā)展,土壤環(huán)境問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到重視,土壤重金屬污染,特別是工業(yè)區(qū)土壤金屬污染,已逐漸成為環(huán)境學(xué)界研究的熱點(diǎn)。土壤污染中重金屬主要指汞、鎘、鉛、鉻以及各類(lèi)金屬砷等有生物毒性顯著的重金屬,也指具有定毒性的般重金屬如鋅、銅、鈷、鎳、錫等,目前引起人們關(guān)注的重金屬是汞、鎘、鉛等。重金屬對(duì)土壤的污染是短期不可逆過(guò)程,在土壤-植物系統(tǒng)中,重金屬污染通過(guò)食物鏈進(jìn)入農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安,危害人類(lèi)健康,因此對(duì)土壤重金屬污染監(jiān)測(cè)是非常必要的。
根據(jù)土資源部新的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),耕種土地面積的10%以上已受重金屬污染,約有1.5億畝,污水灌溉污染耕地3250萬(wàn)畝,固體廢棄物堆存占地和毀田200萬(wàn)畝,其中多數(shù)集中在經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。中環(huán)境與發(fā)展際合作委員會(huì)公布,環(huán)保部在對(duì)我30萬(wàn)公頃基本農(nóng)田保護(hù)區(qū)土壤有害重金屬抽樣監(jiān)測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),有3.6萬(wàn)公頃土壤重金屬超標(biāo),超標(biāo)率達(dá)12.1%。
近年來(lái),重金屬污染事故頻發(fā),如陜西鳳翔兒童血鉛超標(biāo)、山東臨沂砷污染事件、湖南瀏陽(yáng)鎘污染事件、紫金礦業(yè)污染事件、廣西龍江鎘污染事件等。這些重金屬污染事件不但給社會(huì)帶來(lái)了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失也威脅著人們的健康生活,也引起家相關(guān)環(huán)保部門(mén)的高度重視,同時(shí)把重金屬污染防治,深化重金屬監(jiān)測(cè)工作擺在了更加緊迫、更加重要的位置上。目前,由環(huán)保部牽頭制定的《土壤環(huán)境保護(hù)“十二五”規(guī)劃》已進(jìn)入務(wù)院審批程序,該規(guī)劃預(yù)計(jì)將帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)總投資達(dá)數(shù)千億元。
與此同時(shí),2015年12月14日環(huán)境保護(hù)部發(fā)布了土壤和沉積物環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)HJ 780 -2015——《土壤和沉積物 無(wú)機(jī)元素的測(cè)量波長(zhǎng)色散X射線熒光光譜法》。此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2016年2月1日?qǐng)?zhí)行。此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)25種無(wú)機(jī)元素和7中氧化物的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)范圍提出了要求。針對(duì)這標(biāo)準(zhǔn),本公司推出款EDX 3200S PLUS熒光光譜儀,能夠快速、地分析土壤中金屬元素,K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Rb、Y、Ba、Sr、Br、Th、Pb、As和Zr元素的檢出限和定量限完滿足HJ 780-2015環(huán)境保護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
X射線熒光光譜法測(cè)試原理: X射線熒光光譜法是種現(xiàn)代儀器分析方法,通過(guò)X射線管產(chǎn)生入射X射線(次X射線),激發(fā)被測(cè)樣品;受激發(fā)的樣品中的每種元素會(huì)發(fā)出特征X射線(二次X射線)——這種特征X射線具有特定的能量和波長(zhǎng)特性(莫塞萊定律),這些放射出來(lái)的二次X射線的能量及數(shù)量被探測(cè)系統(tǒng)測(cè)量,通過(guò)配套軟件將這些射線信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為樣品中各種組分元素的具體含量。
1 儀器測(cè)試方法

1.1 設(shè)備及試劑 設(shè)備:X射線熒光光譜儀臺(tái) EDX3200S PLUS;電子天平臺(tái)(精度0.01g);自動(dòng)壓片機(jī)臺(tái)(壓力不小于40T);鼓風(fēng)干燥箱臺(tái);振動(dòng)磨臺(tái);非金屬樣品篩(200目) 試劑: 硼酸粉末(分析純);土壤家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì);土壤樣品 1.2 樣品的采集、保存和前處理 土壤樣品的采集和保持按照HJ/T166執(zhí)行,樣品的風(fēng)干或烘干按照HJ/T166相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行操作,樣品研磨后過(guò)200目篩,于105℃烘干備用。 用電子天平稱(chēng)量5.00g過(guò)篩(200目)的土壤標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)或樣品和12.00g硼酸粉末(鑲邊材質(zhì)),稱(chēng)量誤差±0.05g。然后放入壓片機(jī)中壓片成型,壓力30T(壓力范圍20~30T),保壓時(shí)間30s。 1.3 工作曲線的建立和樣品分析 設(shè)定適當(dāng)?shù)臏y(cè)量條件,使用EDX3200S PLUS掃描家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)標(biāo)樣)GSS-1~GSS-15,建立土壤標(biāo)樣中關(guān)注元素含量與強(qiáng)度的線性工作曲線。然后,對(duì)未知樣品進(jìn)行測(cè)量。
2. 測(cè)量及數(shù)據(jù)分析 2.1 土壤中關(guān)注的金屬元素及氧化物檢出限測(cè)量 EDX 3200S PLUS 配有三組濾光片,根據(jù)土壤中關(guān)注元素的特性,設(shè)置佳測(cè)試條件。用家土壤標(biāo)樣GSS-1-GSS-15標(biāo)定儀器,建立環(huán)境土壤工作曲線。在環(huán)境土壤工作曲線下,使用高純SiO2 做空白基體,連續(xù)測(cè)試11次,根據(jù)檢出限公式: 3倍的空白基體的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差除以儀器的靈敏度 終獲得EDX 3200S PLUS測(cè)量土壤樣品的方法檢出限,如下表所示

注:
1、Co受Fe元素Kb嚴(yán)重干擾,通過(guò)公式得出極低檢出限是有定的偏差。2、由于這個(gè)型號(hào)儀器沒(méi)有抽真空(或充氦氣),所以沒(méi)有做輕元素如Na2O、MgO、Al2O3和SiO2等。而La、Ce、Hf受散射本底影響無(wú)法得到譜,P、S、Cl在家土壤標(biāo)樣中都是高含量,沒(méi)有合適的低含量標(biāo)樣,主要的原因是受本底影響很大,譜圖不規(guī)則,均沒(méi)有考慮。 3. 滿足標(biāo)的元素有K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Rb、Y、Ba、Sr、Br、As、Pb、Th和Zr。
