智能型水溫水位控制儀是本公司技術(shù)人員根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際需要，開(kāi)發(fā)的一種新型控制裝置，它是由恒溫智能控制儀和液位智能控制儀兩者組合而成，兼?zhèn)淞藘烧叩膬?yōu)點(diǎn)，使水溫及水位得到顯示與控制，節(jié)水、節(jié)能，進(jìn)一步增加了系統(tǒng)的安全性，在熱媒不需回收的熱水制備系統(tǒng)中，采用旋轉(zhuǎn)式消聲加熱器為核心設(shè)備，配以水溫水位控制儀，不失為一種較為合理的選擇。The intelligent water temperature ａnd water level controller is a new type of control device developed by the technical personnel of the company according to the actual needs of the users. It is a combination of thermostatic intelligent control device ａnd liquid level intelligent control device. 三、結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理

1、結(jié)構(gòu)：

水溫水位控制儀由溫控器部分與水位控制部分組成，與其配套的還有電動(dòng)閥前的減壓裝置，及用于加熱的旋轉(zhuǎn)式消聲加熱器。

2、原理：

容器內(nèi)的水位傳感器，將感受到的水位信號(hào)傳送到控制器，控制器內(nèi)的計(jì)算機(jī)將實(shí)測(cè)的水位信號(hào)與設(shè)定信號(hào)進(jìn)行比較，得出偏差，然后根據(jù)偏差的性質(zhì)，向給水電動(dòng)閥發(fā)出“開(kāi)”“關(guān)”的指令，保證容器達(dá)到設(shè)定水位。進(jìn)水程序完成后，溫控部份的計(jì)算機(jī)向供給熱媒的電動(dòng)閥發(fā)出“開(kāi)”的指令，于是系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始對(duì)容器內(nèi)的水進(jìn)行加熱。到設(shè)定溫度時(shí)？刂破鞑虐l(fā)出關(guān)閥的命令、切斷熱源，系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入保溫狀態(tài)。程序編制過(guò)程中，確保系統(tǒng)在沒(méi)有達(dá)到安全水位的情況下，控制熱源的電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥不開(kāi)閥，從而避免了熱量的損失與事故的發(fā)生。1. Structure:

(一)用于生活熱水的制備

注意點(diǎn)：

1、在加熱器前端須裝止回閥，以防止停汽時(shí)，產(chǎn)生虹吸現(xiàn)象，使水箱中的熱水倒流至蒸汽管道。

2、當(dāng)蒸汽壓力 ≥ 3Kg時(shí)，電動(dòng)閥前須裝減壓閥，方可保證其它用汽單位有足夠的蒸汽供給。

在集中供熱的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中，通過(guò)控制安裝在市網(wǎng)供熱末端的電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥開(kāi)度，來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)流入熱交換器內(nèi)的熱媒流量，使采暖水的溫度得到控制。安裝在軟水箱內(nèi)的水位傳感器把即時(shí)水位信號(hào)傳到智能控制器，控制器將該信號(hào)與設(shè)定信號(hào)進(jìn)行比較得出偏差，根據(jù)差值的大小及性質(zhì)向補(bǔ)水泵發(fā)出開(kāi)啟的指令，保證循環(huán)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)水的損失得到及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的補(bǔ)給。
