管理節(jié)能主要應(yīng)考慮兩個(gè)方面。首先,在通信機(jī)房工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),應(yīng)給出較詳細(xì)的負(fù)荷計(jì)算說(shuō)明和節(jié)能技術(shù)措施說(shuō)明。目前的通信機(jī)房設(shè)計(jì)大多是用概算指標(biāo)估算,且在估算過(guò)程中再加大負(fù)荷,使硬件設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期在低負(fù)荷、低效率下運(yùn)行,大馬拉小車現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。所以必須加強(qiáng)工程設(shè)計(jì)審核,嚴(yán)格把關(guān);另外,必須把節(jié)能思想意識(shí)逐漸引入到各部門中,使通信機(jī)房在規(guī)劃、布局、色彩、方位及材料等方面為節(jié)能創(chuàng)造條件。

其次,必須加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),完善各種節(jié)能管理制度,做到賞罰分明,如:采用下送風(fēng)方式的專用空調(diào)機(jī)房,在維護(hù)或施工人員檢修或布放線纜后,應(yīng)及時(shí)蓋上靜電地板;定期檢查機(jī)房孔洞封堵情況,避免冷氣泄漏;將機(jī)房照明燈統(tǒng)一更換成節(jié)能燈照明;機(jī)房空調(diào)的溫度設(shè)置不能過(guò)低,一般在攝氏24至26度之間,采用舒適空調(diào)的一般性機(jī)房,在大氣溫度低于攝氏18度以下時(shí),可以考慮停開(kāi)空調(diào),等等。

(三)機(jī)柜節(jié)能:透過(guò)水冷機(jī)柜降低空調(diào)費(fèi)用,水冷機(jī)柜如同冰箱后方的冷卻導(dǎo)管,可將機(jī)柜排放的熱能直接與冷卻水交換,讓服務(wù)器排放的熱量直接被帶走,降低空調(diào)費(fèi)用。節(jié)能型機(jī)柜采用了Speed-Step技術(shù)進(jìn)行頻率和供電的管理;從交流供電轉(zhuǎn)化為直流供電(高效的直流電源可將電能的轉(zhuǎn)換效率從原來(lái)的80%以下提高到85%以上)。另外把服務(wù)器的風(fēng)扇和部件更多地模塊化,在系統(tǒng)不使用相關(guān)部件時(shí)盡量使其處于不工作狀態(tài),這樣也能有效地降低無(wú)用功率損耗。采取上述措施后,在一個(gè)包含30臺(tái)服務(wù)器的機(jī)柜中,能耗節(jié)省將超過(guò)18%。
