熱電偶公稱壓力:一般是指在工作溫度下保護管所能承受的靜態(tài)外壓而破裂。 熱電偶最小插入深度:應(yīng)不小于其保護套管外徑的8-10倍(特列產(chǎn)品例外) 絕緣電阻:當(dāng)周圍空氣溫度為15-35℃,相對濕度<80%時絕緣電阻≥5兆歐(電壓100V)。具有防濺式接線盒的熱電偶,當(dāng)相對溫度為93± 3℃ 時,絕緣電阻≥0.5兆歐(電壓100V) 高溫下的絕緣電阻:熱電偶在高溫下,其熱電極(包括雙支式)與保護管以及雙支熱電極之間的絕緣電阻(按每米計)應(yīng)大于下表規(guī)定的值。

概述 工業(yè)用裝配式K型熱電偶作為一種溫度傳感器,K型熱電偶通常和顯示儀表,記錄儀表和電子調(diào)節(jié)器配套使用。裝配式K型熱電偶可以直接測量各種生產(chǎn)中從0℃到1300℃范圍的液體蒸汽和氣體介質(zhì)以及固體的表面溫度。 根據(jù)國家規(guī)定,我公司生產(chǎn)符合IEC國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分度號的鉑銠 30-鉑銠6、鉑銠10-鉑、鎳鉻-鎳硅、鎳鉻-康銅等等的裝配式熱電偶。 裝配K型熱電偶通常由感溫元件、安裝固定裝置和接線盒等主要部件組成。
