渦街流量計(jì)的基本原理是卡門渦街現(xiàn)象,當(dāng)流體環(huán)繞通過一個(gè)非流線型的柱體時(shí)將產(chǎn)生漩渦,漩渦在柱體的兩側(cè)交替產(chǎn)生。因此產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)周期性的壓力脈沖,產(chǎn)生漩渦的頻率與流量的大小成線性比例關(guān)系。Aalborg公司的獨(dú)特的雙信號(hào)處理技術(shù)單獨(dú)測(cè)量柱體兩側(cè)的漩渦,同時(shí)過濾干擾信號(hào)。因此在全量程范圍內(nèi)具有較高的測(cè)量精確度和抗干擾能力。

LT-LUB智能渦街流量計(jì)原理  在流體中設(shè)置三角柱型旋渦發(fā)生體,則從旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)交替地產(chǎn)生有規(guī)則的旋渦,這種旋渦稱為卡門旋渦,如右圖所示,旋渦列在旋渦發(fā)生體下游非對(duì)稱地排列。 設(shè)旋渦的發(fā)生頻率為f,被測(cè)介質(zhì)平均流速為 ,旋渦發(fā)生體迎流面寬度為d,表體通徑為D,即可得到以下關(guān)系式:  f=SrU1/d=SrU/md                    。1) 式中  U1--旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)平均流速,m/s; Sr--斯特勞哈爾數(shù); m--旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)弓形面積與管道橫截面面積之比   管道內(nèi)體積流量qv為 qv=πD2U/4=πD2mdf/4Sr                。2) K=f/qv=[πD2md/4Sr]-1                  (3) 式中 K--流量計(jì)的儀表系數(shù),脈沖數(shù)/m3(P/m3)。 K除與旋渦發(fā)生體、管道的幾何尺寸有關(guān)外,還與斯特勞哈爾數(shù)有關(guān)。斯特勞哈爾數(shù)為無量綱參數(shù),它與旋渦發(fā)生體形狀及雷諾數(shù)有關(guān),圖2所示為圓柱狀旋渦發(fā)生體的斯特勞哈爾數(shù)與管道雷諾數(shù)的關(guān)系圖。由圖可見,在ReD=2×104~7×106范圍內(nèi),Sr可視為常數(shù),這是儀表正常工作范圍。當(dāng)測(cè)量氣體流量時(shí),VSF的流量計(jì)算式為  (4) 圖2 斯特勞哈爾數(shù)與雷諾數(shù)關(guān)系曲線  式中 qVn,qV--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下(0oC或20oC,101.325kPa)和工況下的體積流量,m3/h;  LT,P--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下的絕對(duì)壓力,Pa; Tn,T--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下的熱力學(xué)溫度,K; LT,Z--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下氣體壓縮系數(shù)。  由上式可見,VSF輸出的脈沖頻率信號(hào)不受流體物性和組分變化的影響,即儀表系數(shù)在一定雷諾數(shù)范圍內(nèi)僅與旋渦發(fā)生體及管道的形狀尺寸等有關(guān)。但是作為流量計(jì)在物料平衡及能源計(jì)量中需檢測(cè)質(zhì)量流量,這時(shí)流量計(jì)的輸出信號(hào)應(yīng)同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)體積流量和流體密度,流體物性和組分對(duì)流量計(jì)量還是有直接影響的。  渦街流量計(jì)便是依據(jù)卡門旋渦原理進(jìn)行封閉管道流體流量測(cè)量的新型流量計(jì)。因其具有良好的介質(zhì)適應(yīng)能力,無需溫度壓力補(bǔ)償即可直接測(cè)量蒸汽、空氣、氣體、水、液體的工況體積流量,配備溫度、壓力傳感器可測(cè)量標(biāo)況體積流量和質(zhì)量流量,是節(jié)流式流量計(jì)的理想替代產(chǎn)品。 為提高渦街流量計(jì)的耐高溫及抗振動(dòng)性能,我公司新近開發(fā)出了SDLU改進(jìn)型渦街流量傳感器,因其獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)和選材使該傳感器可在高溫(350℃)、強(qiáng)振動(dòng)(≤1g)的惡劣工況下使用。 在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,往往最大流量遠(yuǎn)低于儀表的上限值,隨著負(fù)荷的變化,最小流量又往往會(huì)低于儀表的下限值,儀表并非工作在它的最佳工作段,為了解決這一問題,通常采用在測(cè)量處縮徑提高測(cè)量處的流速,并選用較小口徑的儀表以利于儀表的測(cè)量,但是這種變徑方式必須在變徑管與儀表間有長(zhǎng)度為15D以上的直管段進(jìn)行整流,使加工、安裝都不方便。我公司研制的縱斷面形狀為圓弧的LGZ變徑整流器,具有整流、提高流速及改變流速分布多重作用,其結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸小,僅為工藝管內(nèi)徑的1/3,與渦街流量計(jì)作成一體,不僅不需要另外附加一段直管段,還可以降低對(duì)工藝管直管段的要求,安裝非常方便。  為了使用方便,電池供電的本地顯示型渦街流量計(jì)采用微功耗高新技術(shù),采用鋰電池供電可不間斷運(yùn)行一年以上,節(jié)省了電纜和顯示儀表的采購安裝費(fèi)用,可就地顯示瞬時(shí)流量、累積流量等。溫度補(bǔ)償一體型渦街流量計(jì)還帶有溫度傳感器,可以直接測(cè)量出飽和蒸汽的溫度并計(jì)算出壓力,從而顯示飽和蒸汽的質(zhì)量流量。溫壓補(bǔ)償一體型帶有溫度、壓力傳感器,用于氣體流量測(cè)量可直接測(cè)量出氣體介質(zhì)的溫度和壓力,從而顯示氣體的標(biāo)況體積流量。 ◆測(cè)量介質(zhì):氣體、液體、蒸氣 ◆口徑規(guī)格法蘭卡裝式口徑選擇25,32,50,80,100 ◆法蘭連接式口徑選擇100,150,200 ◆流量測(cè)量范圍正常測(cè)量流速范圍?雷諾數(shù)1.5×104~4×106;氣體5~50m/s;液體0.5~7m/s 正常測(cè)量流量范圍液體、氣體流量測(cè)量范圍見表2;蒸氣流量范圍見表3 ◆測(cè)量精度1.0級(jí)? 1.5級(jí) ◆被測(cè)介質(zhì)溫度:常溫–25℃~100℃ ◆高溫–25℃~150℃ -25℃~250℃ ◆輸出信號(hào)脈沖電壓輸出信號(hào)高電平8~10V 低電平0.7~1.3V ◆脈沖占空比約50%,傳輸距離為100m ◆脈沖電流遠(yuǎn)傳信號(hào)4~20 mA,傳輸距離為1000m ◆儀表使用環(huán)境溫度:-25℃~+55℃ 濕度:5~90% RH50℃ ◆材質(zhì)不銹鋼, 鋁合金 ◆電源DC24V或鋰電池3.6V ◆防爆等級(jí)本安型iaIIbT3-T6 防護(hù)等級(jí)IP65 智能渦街流量計(jì)產(chǎn)品選型

² LUGBS簡(jiǎn)介

 LUGB系列管道式渦街流量計(jì)是由設(shè)計(jì)在流場(chǎng)中的旋渦發(fā)生體、檢測(cè)探頭及相應(yīng)的電子線路等組成。當(dāng)流體流經(jīng)旋渦發(fā)生體時(shí),它的兩側(cè)就形成了交替變化的兩排旋渦,這種旋渦被稱為卡門渦街。斯特羅哈爾在卡門渦街理論的基礎(chǔ)上又提出了卡門渦街的頻率與流體的流速成正比,并給出了頻率與流速的關(guān)系式:         f=St×V/d    式中:f 渦街發(fā)生頻率(Hz)

    LUGB型旋渦流量計(jì)是利用液體振動(dòng)原理而開發(fā)的一種新型流量計(jì),廣泛應(yīng)用在石油、化工、冶金、造紙等行業(yè)流體的計(jì)量,該流量計(jì)無可動(dòng)部件,性強(qiáng)、精度高、壽命長(zhǎng),可在很寬的流量范圍內(nèi)精確測(cè)量液體的瞬時(shí)流量和累計(jì)流量。其不受介質(zhì)溫度、壓力、粘度及組分的影響,同時(shí)不堵、不卡、不易結(jié)垢、耐高溫、高壓,安全防爆,適用于惡劣環(huán)境。流量計(jì)分一體化顯示和遠(yuǎn)傳顯示,并可輸出脈沖信號(hào)或電流信號(hào)與微機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)。  

  二、主要特點(diǎn)
 
當(dāng)流體以一定流速流經(jīng)設(shè)置在流場(chǎng)中的旋渦發(fā)生體時(shí),在柱體的下游產(chǎn)生一對(duì)交替出現(xiàn)的而且排列整齊的渦列(渦街),先在柱體的一側(cè)產(chǎn)生,繼而在柱體的另一側(cè)產(chǎn)生。這一產(chǎn)生旋渦的理論首先由卡門(Karman)提出,命名為卡門渦街,并給出了頻率與流速的關(guān)系式,其中系數(shù)被命名為斯特羅哈爾數(shù)。

3原理編輯
在流體中設(shè)置三角柱型旋渦發(fā)生體,則從旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)交替地產(chǎn)生有規(guī)則的旋渦,這種旋渦稱為卡門旋渦,旋渦列在旋渦發(fā)生體下游非對(duì)稱地排列。
渦街流量計(jì)是根據(jù)卡門渦街原理(Kármán Vortex Street)測(cè)量氣體、蒸汽或液體的體積流量、標(biāo)況的體積流量或質(zhì)量流量的體積流量計(jì)。并可作為流量變送器應(yīng)用于自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)中。
渦街流量計(jì)是應(yīng)用流體振蕩原理來測(cè)量流量的,流體在管道中經(jīng)過渦街流量變送器時(shí),在三角柱的旋渦發(fā)生體后上下交替產(chǎn)生正比于流速的兩列旋渦,旋渦的釋放頻率與流過旋渦發(fā)生體的流體平均速度及旋渦發(fā)生體特征寬度有關(guān),可用下式表示:

為旋渦的釋放頻率,單位為Hz;v為流過旋渦發(fā)生體的流體平均速度,單位為m/s;d為旋渦發(fā)生體特征寬度,單位為m;St為斯特勞哈爾數(shù)(Strouhal number),無量綱,它的數(shù)值范圍為0.14-0.27。
St是雷諾數(shù)的函數(shù),

由此,通過測(cè)量旋渦頻率就可以計(jì)算出流過旋渦發(fā)生體的流體平均速度v,再由式
可以求出流量q,其中A為流體流過旋渦發(fā)生體的截面積。
4工作原理編輯
渦街流量計(jì)是應(yīng)用卡門渦街原理和現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)而制造的一種流量計(jì),旋渦的發(fā)生頻率與
流體的速度成正比,在一定條件下,符合下式:

流體旋渦對(duì)三角柱產(chǎn)生交替變化的壓力,由壓電信號(hào)傳感器檢測(cè)成電信號(hào)經(jīng)前置放大器進(jìn)行放大,
變成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電信號(hào)輸出。
VA型系列渦街流量計(jì)可以對(duì)廣泛的氣體(包括蒸汽)和液體進(jìn)行容積計(jì)量,配接流量積算儀和溫度、壓力傳感器可進(jìn)行質(zhì)量運(yùn)算及各種參數(shù)顯示。
5特點(diǎn)編輯

在一定的雷諾數(shù)范圍內(nèi),輸出信號(hào)頻率不受流體物理性質(zhì)和組份變化的響,儀表系數(shù)僅與旋渦發(fā)生體的形狀和尺寸有關(guān),測(cè)量流體體積流量時(shí)無需補(bǔ)償,調(diào)換配件后一般無需重新標(biāo)定儀表系數(shù)。

LUGB智能渦街流量計(jì)

 

  LUGB系列智能渦街流量計(jì),主要用于工業(yè)管道介質(zhì)流體的流量測(cè)量,如氣體、液體、蒸氣等多種介質(zhì)。其特點(diǎn)是壓力損失小,量程范圍大,精度高,在測(cè)量工況體積流量時(shí)幾乎不受流體密度、壓力、溫度、粘度等參數(shù)的影響。無可動(dòng)機(jī)械零件,因此性高,維護(hù)量小。儀表參數(shù)能穩(wěn)定。本儀表采用壓電應(yīng)力式傳感器,性高,可在-20℃~+250℃的工作溫度范圍內(nèi)工作。有模擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào),也有數(shù)字脈沖信號(hào)輸出,容易與計(jì)算機(jī)等數(shù)字系統(tǒng)配套使用,是一種比較、理想的流量?jī)x表。

 
※原理
 
在流體中設(shè)置三角柱型旋渦發(fā)生體,則從旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)交替地產(chǎn)生有規(guī)則的旋渦,這種旋渦稱為卡門旋渦,如右圖所示,旋渦列在旋渦發(fā)生體下游非對(duì)稱地排列! ≡O(shè)旋渦的發(fā)生頻率為f,被測(cè)介質(zhì)平均流速為 ,旋渦發(fā)生體迎流面寬度為d,表體通徑為D,即可得到以下關(guān)系式:

 管道內(nèi)體積流量qv為            qv=πD2U/4=πD2mdf/4Sr                 (2)            K=f/qv=[πD2md/4Sr]-1                  (3)式中 K--流量計(jì)的儀表系數(shù),脈沖數(shù)/m3(P/m3)! 除與旋渦發(fā)生體、管道的幾何尺寸有關(guān)外,還與斯特勞哈爾數(shù)有關(guān)。斯特勞哈爾數(shù)為無量綱參數(shù),它與旋渦發(fā)生體形狀及雷諾數(shù)有關(guān),圖2所示為圓柱狀旋渦發(fā)生體的斯特勞哈爾數(shù)與管道雷諾數(shù)的關(guān)系圖。由圖可見,在ReD=2×104~7×106范圍內(nèi),Sr可視為常數(shù),這是儀表正常工作范圍。當(dāng)測(cè)量氣體流量時(shí),VSF的流量計(jì)算式為

式中 qVn,qV--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下(0oC或20oC,101.325kPa)和工況下的體積流量,m3/h;    Pn,P--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下的絕對(duì)壓力,Pa;   Tn,T--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下的熱力學(xué)溫度,K;   Zn,Z--分別為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下和工況下氣體壓縮系數(shù)。   由上式可見,VSF輸出的脈沖頻率信號(hào)不受流體物性和組分變化的影響,即儀表系數(shù)在一定雷諾數(shù)范圍內(nèi)僅與旋渦發(fā)生體及管道的形狀尺寸等有關(guān)。但是作為流量計(jì)在物料平衡及能源計(jì)量中需檢測(cè)質(zhì)量流量,這時(shí)流量計(jì)的輸出信號(hào)應(yīng)同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)體積流量和流體密度,流體物性和組分對(duì)流量計(jì)量還是有直接影響的。
  渦街流量計(jì)便是依據(jù)卡門旋渦原理進(jìn)行封閉管道流體流量測(cè)量的新型流量計(jì)。因其具有良好的介質(zhì)適應(yīng)能力,無需溫度壓力補(bǔ)償即可直接測(cè)量蒸汽、空氣、氣體、水、液體的工況體積流量,配備溫度、壓力傳感器可測(cè)量標(biāo)況體積流量和質(zhì)量流量,是節(jié)流式流量計(jì)的理想替代產(chǎn)品。  為提高渦街流量計(jì)的耐高溫及抗振動(dòng)性能,我公司新近開發(fā)出了HLUG改進(jìn)型渦街流量傳感器,因其獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)和選材使該傳感器可在高溫(350℃)、強(qiáng)振動(dòng)(≤1g)的惡劣工況下使用! ≡趯(shí)際應(yīng)用中,往往最大流量遠(yuǎn)低于儀表的上限值,隨著負(fù)荷的變化,最小流量又往往會(huì)低于儀表的下限值,儀表并非工作在它的工作段,為了解決這一問題,通常采用在測(cè)量處縮徑提高測(cè)量處的流速,并選用較小口徑的儀表以利于儀表的測(cè)量,但是這種變徑方式必須在變徑管與儀表間有長(zhǎng)度為15D以上的直管段進(jìn)行整流,使加工、安裝都不方便。我公司研制的縱斷面形狀為圓弧的LGZ變徑整流器,具有整流、提高流速及改變流速分布多重作用,其結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸小,僅為工藝管內(nèi)徑的1/3,與渦街流量計(jì)作成一體,不僅不需要另外附加一段直管段,還可以降低對(duì)工藝管直管段的要求,安裝非常方便。
