測(cè)試臺(tái)》企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合廣大電務(wù)檢修部門現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用要求,專門設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)的用來(lái)測(cè)試斷路器、熔斷器和多功能熔絲裝置以及告警器的綜合性專用設(shè)備。測(cè)試臺(tái)吸取以往同類產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點(diǎn),交流激勵(lì)源采用了以IGBT/PAM+PWM復(fù)合調(diào)節(jié)為電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的300A大功率恒流源,輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波,畸變率≤5%。直流激勵(lì)源采用300A高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源,輸出波紋低、效率高、對(duì)電源干擾小,穩(wěn)流精度高。增加了熔絲裝置切換時(shí)間測(cè)試,改進(jìn)了部分測(cè)試電路,使得測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)度有了進(jìn)一步的提高,更加符合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)斷路器、熔斷器等測(cè)試需要。另外,根據(jù)國(guó)家計(jì)量檢定規(guī)程的要求,測(cè)試臺(tái)設(shè)置了信號(hào)切換接口和系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定接口,極大地方便了測(cè)試臺(tái)的計(jì)量檢定。

測(cè)試臺(tái)滿足RL1-15和RL1-60螺旋式熔斷器的性能試驗(yàn),可測(cè)試額定電流時(shí)的電壓值以及1.3~1.5倍額定電流時(shí)大不熔斷時(shí)間和2.1倍額定電流時(shí)小熔斷時(shí)間。測(cè)試臺(tái)選配專用測(cè)試盒后,可滿足Φ5×20、Φ6×30、Φ7×40玻璃保險(xiǎn)管的測(cè)試。
測(cè)試臺(tái)滿足上海鐵道學(xué)院信號(hào)設(shè)備廠生產(chǎn)的DR系列多功能熔絲裝置及配套告警器性能測(cè)試,滿足錦州電務(wù)段電子設(shè)備廠生產(chǎn)的熔絲轉(zhuǎn)換裝置性能測(cè)試。熔絲裝置系統(tǒng)電壓包括5V、12V、24V、42V、60V、110V、220V和380V,并且±13%連續(xù)可調(diào)?蓽y(cè)試熔絲裝置切換啟動(dòng)電流、切換時(shí)間、切換和報(bào)警性能、切換繼電器接點(diǎn)電阻。選配專用測(cè)試盒后,可滿足金華鐵路信號(hào)器材有限公司生產(chǎn)的SRZ-A熔絲轉(zhuǎn)換器測(cè)試。

2.1 機(jī)械性能
2.1.1 測(cè)試臺(tái)為臺(tái)式結(jié)構(gòu),有兩個(gè)供存放工具等物品的帶鎖抽屜。
2.1.2 面板采用光繪貼面,美觀典雅,保養(yǎng)簡(jiǎn)單。
2.1.3測(cè)試臺(tái)整體都采用了密封裝置,防止塵土等有害物質(zhì)進(jìn)入,提高了測(cè)試臺(tái)的使用壽命。
2.2 電氣性能
2.2.1 采用電源隔離裝置,使操作者在測(cè)試過(guò)程中有了人身安全的保障。
2.2.2 采用液晶顯示器,無(wú)閃爍,輻射小。
2.2.3 測(cè)試臺(tái)用LA39按鈕采用組合式開(kāi)關(guān)系統(tǒng),結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,動(dòng)作靈活,壽命長(zhǎng),符合國(guó)際電工IEC947―5―1標(biāo)準(zhǔn),符合國(guó)家GB14048.5-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2.2.4 測(cè)試臺(tái)用AD16指示燈均以LED發(fā)光芯片做光源,壽命長(zhǎng)、耗能低,是替代AD型各類白熾燈和氖燈指示燈的換代產(chǎn)品。燈罩采用高強(qiáng)度聚碳酸脂制成,具有良好的抗沖擊性能,內(nèi)置螺釘式接線,更安全、方便。
2.2.5 測(cè)試臺(tái)采用進(jìn)口繼電器,體積小、性能優(yōu)異。測(cè)試臺(tái)采用的其它電器及電子元件,如變壓器、交流接觸器等均采用國(guó)家認(rèn)定的名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品,從而保證測(cè)試臺(tái)整體性能之穩(wěn)定可靠,少、無(wú)維修。
